Your comics are great, but they load reeeaaaal slooooow. What's up with that?

David - the comic graphics are reduced from the full size cartoon. You've probably already figured out that you can click on a cartoon to show it larger. This large version is what's loading. The cartoon on this particular page is a little more than 80 kilobytes. It's not really that huge of a size, but if you're on a slow modem, I imagine it is taking a minute or so to load for you.
